Ulcerative Colitis and Crohn’s Disease

The differences between colitis and regional enteritis are:

Ulcerative colitis is restricted to the colon while regional enteritis can occur anywhere between the mouth and therefore the anus

In regional enteritis , there are healthy parts of the intestine mixed in between inflamed areas. colitis , on the opposite hand, is continuous inflammation of the colon

Ulcerative colitis just influences the private covering of the colon while territorial enteritis can happen through and through the layers of the inside dividers.
